1. Overview
All payments for Gnome's Cauldron of Cards are processed through Dodo Payments, who acts as merchant of record. Refund requests are handled in accordance with Dodo Payments' buyer terms and applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Free Trial
We provide a free Trial plan that requires no payment information. This allows you to fully evaluate the Service — including card creation, themes, and core features — before committing to a paid subscription.
We encourage all users to try the Service at no cost before upgrading so that paid subscriptions are informed purchases.
3. Requesting a Refund
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund by contacting us at support@gnomescauldron.com. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and work with Dodo Payments to process approved refunds to your original payment method.
4. Statutory Withdrawal Rights (EU/EEA/UK)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of completing a transaction, as provided by Dodo Payments' buyer terms and applicable law.
This withdrawal right may not apply if you have already started downloading, streaming, using, or otherwise benefiting from the Service during the 14-day period.
5. Non-Delivery & Technical Errors
If the Service fails to be delivered or is unavailable due to technical issues on our end, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund of the charges paid. This also applies to duplicate charges, charges after a successful cancellation, or other billing errors.

6. Downgrades
If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan, your current higher plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. The lower plan takes effect at the next renewal date. No additional charge is issued for the downgrade transition, and no cash refund is issued for unused time on the higher plan.
7. Upgrades
When you upgrade to a higher plan, the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period is charged immediately.
8. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to your paid plan until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period after cancellation, unless required by applicable law.

Dodo Payments handles all billing, invoicing, refund processing, and payment disputes as merchant of record. If you have billing questions, you may contact Dodo Payments directly through the receipt or invoice emails you receive, or contact us and we will assist.
